OUR MISSION
It is our mission to ensure that you are completely fulfilled with your experience at Roots Hair Studio. We want you to be happy from the moment you walk through our doors to the moment you return. Every service we perform comes with an in-depth detailed and custom consultation.
PLEASE NOTE, AS OF 2022, A PRODUCT CHARGE WILL BE INCLUDED ON ALL SERVICE TICKETS.
ROOTS APPOINTMENT RESERVATION POLICY
As a first-time guest at Roots Hair Studio, you are required and responsible for a minimum of a $50.00 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit to reserve your appointment. The deposit given at the time of your booking will be deducted from your total bill on the day of your scheduled appointment. You are allowed ONE reschedule per deposit within the proper time frame of 14 days. Anything rescheduled within 24 hours of your service will be considered a cancellation, and a new deposit will be required to book another appointment.
ROOTS CANCELLATION POLICY
Your appointments are very important to Roots Hair Studio, they are reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for all cancellations.
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked weeks ago. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply. We will be asking for a credit card to have on file.
- Less than 24-hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.
- “NO SHOWS” will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.
- Your stylist has the right to refuse you services if you NO SHOW any given appointment at any time.
- Appointments made within the 24-hour period and need to cancel, the client then must cancel within 5 hours of appointment time or will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.
- Cancelling within 24 hours will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount. To reschedule, 50% of your service total may be charged to your credit card to reserve your next appointment time.
The cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping our scheduled filled, thus better serving everyone. Roots Hair Studio policies are presented and provided in the best quality and tradition of excellent servicing for our established and future clientele. CONFIRMATION EMAILS & TEXTS
As a courtesy, we will email or text you to confirm your service appointments prior to your appointment date. Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and the cancellation fee.
ROOTS REDO/REFUND POLICY
There are absolutely no refunds due to time and product being used. If a situation occurs where you are unhappy with your service due to a mistake, gladly let us know within 48 hours and your stylist or esthetician will correct it with in that week; free of charge.
ROOTS SICK POLICY
If you are any of the following: sick, have cold like symptoms, have the flu, have flu like symptoms, feel under the weather, been exposed to someone with COVID or have COVID, please DO NOT come into the salon. We will honor and respect your decision as we see fit, and you will not be penalized.
At the time of your appointment if you present any visible illness or respiratory symptoms, we have the liberty to cancel or reschedule your appointment. You will be kindly asked to leave and reschedule.
If we are sick and have to cancel and reschedule your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, we will make every effort to move your appointment to an alternative time.
PRIOR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT, WE KINDLY ASK THAT YOU:
- Please complete and sign our new wellness questionnaire form which will be attached to your booking and confirmation texts.
- Please complete and sign our client consent form which will be attached to your booking & confirmation texts.
- Please note that we will not start any service on any guests until the correct forms are filled out.
